Privacy policy.
We process personal data exclusively under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and — for individuals in the EU — under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
§ 1Controller
§ 2Principles
We process personal data in good faith, proportionately and only for the purpose stated at the time of processing or evident from the circumstances (Art. 6 FADP). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
§ 3Server logs and hosting
This website is served via Cloudflare Pages. When the site is accessed, technical information is processed to maintain operation and defend against attacks — in particular IP address (in truncated form), date and time of the request, requested URL, transferred volume, HTTP status, referrer and user agent. These data are typically deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site (Art. 31 FADP; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
§ 4Contact form
When you send us a message via the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, optionally company, message) are transmitted to our processor Formspree, Inc. (United States), stored there temporarily and delivered to contact@akceptum.ch. The data are used solely to process your enquiry.
As Formspree is based in the United States, this involves a transfer to a third country. Protection is provided through Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 31(1) FADP).
§ 5Bookings
Appointments are scheduled via Cal.com. When you load the booking page, Cal.com processes your inputs (name, email, requested slot) and possibly technical metadata. The Cal.com privacy notice applies.
§ 6Fonts
This website uses fonts from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) — a privacy-friendly, GDPR-compliant mirror of the Google Fonts directory. According to its own statements, Bunny Fonts does not set cookies and does not log IP addresses persistently.
§ 7Analytics
Where reach measurement is enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool works without cookies, without fingerprinting and without transmitting personally identifiable data to an analytics platform. Only aggregated page views, referrer and user agent are recorded.
§ 8Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), and in the EU the respective national authority.
